چکیده

Turbine blades must withstand severe loading conditions and damage can occur during operation due to heat, pressure, foreign objects hot gas corrosion, despite the protective coatings applied onto turbine blades. Instead of replacing damaged components, maintenance, repair overhaul are key extend total service life. Besides welding, by brazing is an established process in industry involves many individual steps that often require a high degree manual work. In present study, hybrid joining coating technology was developed shorten state-of-the-art chain for repairing With this approach, coating, which consists filler metal, corrosion layer aluminum top layer, atmospheric plasma spraying. The coated blade then undergoes heat-treatment so aluminizing carried out simultaneously. Due diffusion segregation processes, pores heat-treated coating. full factorial design experiment performed reduce microstructure investigated optical- scanning electron microscopy (SEM), impact parameters on resulting discussed.

The Study of High Temperature Oxidation behavior of Different Microstructures of HVOF Thermally Sprayed Coatings

Improvement of thermally sprayed coating properties by microstructure modification has been considered as a significant solution. Therefore, in this research the effect of dissolved oxygen content and post heat treatment on the formation and distribution of secondary phase particles, particularly in nano-scale in the coatings during spraying and after that were studied. Ni-5 wt% Al powders were...

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water

abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
